Qmee Survey Checklist

You might be wondering how you can get the most out of taking surveys with Qmee. Well, there are a couple of things you can do that can maximize the amount of surveys that you get and minimize the amount of survey declines.

To help you with this, we put together a checklist. Now, you can see what you need to do to get the most out of Qmee!

Checklist

Allow device matching – Device matching allows us, and the survey providers we work with, to provide you with more surveys. Check out this how-to blog for allowing device matching.

Enable webcam & PII surveys – webcam & PII surveys are different types of surveys that our survey providers sometimes give us. By enabling these surveys, you will be shown them when they are available.

Follow our house rules – Our survey providers have rules which can lead to a ban if they are broken. So, by following our house rules, you maximize the number of surveys you can get, as you’re much less likely to get banned by specific providers.

Try using a different device –  surveys are device formatted, so if you’re always on a mobile device, you’ll never see the surveys formatted for a desktop device. So, logging into a desktop device is a quick way to access more surveys!

Make sure you’re using the app on mobile – similar to the above, the surveys are formatted. If you’re using a mobile browser, you may be receiving some desktop surveys that won’t work on a mobile device. This will lead to unnecessary declines due to the device used.

Make sure the app is up to date – this gives you the best possible experience of our app and ensures everything is working as you’d expect!

Make sure your browser is up to date –  same as the above, this helps keep everything running smoothly.

Ensure your survey profile is up to date & 100% complete – this helps prevent any declines caused by inconsistent or outdated information on your profile not matching your answers in the survey.

Don’t use a VPN or similar – this reroutes your connection through countries that don’t support Qmee, which can cause issues with your account.
