In order to qualify for the cashback reward, you must be a new customer. If you have already signed up to Gousto, you will not receive the cashback reward. After completing an offer there will be a wait before receiving your reward, from a couple of weeks, up to 90 days. This is due to the specific brands and when they complete the offer transaction. If you cancel/return your order or part of your order.
If the brand provides offer rewards to new customers only, and you've shopped with this brand before.
